Absolutely. Every Hälsobox item is freshly prepared in small batches using quality whole-food ingredients before being delivered to you.

We believe that great food starts with great ingredients. We use whole-food ingredients and choose organic, spray-free and locally sourced produce wherever possible, along with pasture-raised and grass-fed proteins. Every recipe is designed to be nourishing, balanced and full of flavour.

Our food is made using real ingredients without artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. All ingredients are listed for full transparency.

Our products will generally keep for 2–4 days in the refrigerator, depending on the item. If you're not planning to enjoy them within this time, we recommend freezing them to maintain freshness.

For lunch boxes delivered to Beehive Montessori school we recommend to discard after 4 hours to adhere to food safety standard.

Many of our products are naturally free from certain allergens and we use gluten free flours for all baked goods. Anything with pastry uses careme pastry which is not gluten free.

All food is prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs and nuts. While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee that our products are completely free from traces of allergens.

Our meals and snacks are designed primarily for toddlers and primary school-aged children but can be enjoyed by the whole family.

We recommend checking the ingredient list and ensuring food is cut into age-appropriate sizes where required.

Food is cooked in accordance to FSANZ standards with high food safety protocols in place. In commercial our kitchen we only use non toxic materials like stainless steel, cast iron, wooden chopping boards and cooking utensils. To avoid harmful chemicals leaching into your children’s food.
